    Very few tools and raw materials are required for making of this type of natural products. The coconut palm leaves are available abundantly in the state. No tools are required to create the palm leaves raincoat as this is one the very old and traditional art, people were used to.

    • Coconut Palm Leaves: This is the basic and natural raw material used.

    • Teak Wood Leaves: The leaves are used to fill the gaps in between the product.

    • Vines or Creepers: It is used to tie the two section of the mats.

    • Bill Hook: This is a sharp edged tool, used to cut the stem or leaves while making the product.
