Typoday 2014
The Typography Day was held for the seventh time on 28th February, 1st and 2nd March 2014 at the Symbiosis Institute of Design, Pune in collaboration with the Industrial Design Centre (IDC), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) and with support from the India Design Association (InDeAs) and Aksharaya. The theme was "Typography and Culture."The event had 600 participants.The event featured a day of workshops on typography and calligraphy followed by two days of conferences dedicated to 'typography and culture'. The international conference was devoted to addressing issues faced by type designers, type users, and type educators. The conference included presentations by invited keynote speakers, eminent academicians, blind juried papers, industry professionals, research scholars and students. The event also hosted an exhibition of selected posters and typographic works by students and faculty members from Design Institutes.

Typoday 2015
Typography Day was being organized for the eighth time, from 7th to 9th of March 2015, at the Industrial Design Centre (IDC), Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay), with support from the India Design Association (InDeAs) and Aksharaya. The theme for the year 2015 event was 'Typography, Sensitivity and Fineness’.The event featured a day of workshops on typography and calligraphy, followed by two days of conferences, which were dedicated to 'typography, sensitivity and fineness’. The international conference was devoted to addressing issues faced by type designers, type users, and type educators. The conference included presentations by invited keynote speakers, eminent academicians, blind juried papers, industry professionals, research scholars, and students. The event also hosted an exhibition of selected posters and typographic works by students and faculty members from Design Institutes.

Typoday 2013
The sixth edition of Typography Day was organised in 2013 at the Department of Design (DoD) at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati (IIT Guwahati) in collaboration with the Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) with support from the India Design Association (InDeAs) and Aksharaya. The theme for this year’s event was "Display Typography." That event featured a day of workshops on typography and calligraphy, followed by two days of a conference dedicated to display typography. The international conference was devoted to addressing issues faced by type designers, type users, and type educators. The conference includes presentations by invited keynote speakers, eminent academicians, blind juried papers, industry professionals, research scholars, and students. The event also hosted an exhibition of selected posters and typographic works by students and faculty members from design institutes in India.

Typography Day 2011 was organized at the National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad in collaboration with the Industrial Design Centre (IDC) at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IIT Bombay) with support from the India Design Association (InDeAs). Typoday 2010
"Typography Day 2010" was held on Saturday, February 27 and Sunday, February 28 at the Sir J. J. Institute of Applied Art, Mumbai. The event has included a seminar that was devoted to addressing issues faced by type designers, type users, and type educators in the context of identity design.
