The base colour is selected and a rough sketch is done with a light green color.

With a hard brush adjusting the pressure sensitivity. The line drawing of the painting is done.

Few transparent layer of blue is added to show light rays.

The shading for the man is done using a soft brush and a lighter pink is used to show the highlights.

The base colour for the statue's hand is given, and for the flame.

Using a textured eraser the blue is erased around the corners to show a grunge effect.

Shading is done for the hand using the same blue and some parts are erased with a very small hard brush to show hard light effects.

The man's jean is also coloured with blue, to separate it from the background little pink is added to the borders and shrinks.

With a lighter pink shade the shadows for the torch is given.

Unnecessary lines and colours are erased and with little shades of blue the volume of the sculpting is given.

The wooden plank and other shadings are corrected.

Finally the reflection of the torch is added to the walls and little to the man's face.
The real beginning of Digital Art is hard to say, As it was not actually invented or introduced. The history of digital painting can be classified into three stages. The first one is ‘The pioneers’ (1956-1958) where the artists combined with visual programmers created some aesthetic programs. And the second one is the ‘Paintbox era’ (1986-1996) where paint software was introduced and also the involvement of scanners. The third is the ‘multimedia era’ (1996-2006) where the modelling softwares, simulations, internet and other multimedia softwares were introduced.
