He established The Creation of Gem Stone Carving Institute which trained around hundred young students.

Gemstone idols are carved with care and are intricately decorated. A lot of skills and patience are required to carve a small piece of gemstone. An artist needs to take precautions while carving small stones. Mostly, raw stones are imported hence they are very expensive.
