Silk Twisting Process

The silk yarn is spread along its width to form a loop.
The threads of the yarn are then affixed on the bobbin to wind the spool.
Ensuring a continuous winding of thread; checking for breakages at regular intervals.
The yarn is wound on different layers several times to ascertain an infallible process.
To ensure further refinement of the threads it is wound once again on a bigger spool.
The threads are pulled out and attached to the bigger winding machine.
The last stage of the winding process includes the threads from various spools being wound together on a large winding machine.
