  • CWM presents an approach to implications of design attributes into a product/ system after structured/ systematic user interface analysis.
  • This method is generally used in early stage in design process and allows any design flaws highlighted in the analysis to be eradicated.
  • Designed product / system may be used by users without any background of cognitive psychology.
  • The CWM is based upon sound user behaviour related theories, including Norman’s model of action execution.
  • Easy to learn and easily applicable in product/ system design context.
