The government of India provides various schemes and facilities for the welfare of farmers through different departments. These schemes provide financial support to farmers by means of direct as well as indirect benefits. To ensure maximum benefits of schemes for farmers' welfare, schemes should reach the maximum eligible farmers. Although there are a number of schemes and facilities provided for farmers, not all the eligible farmers get the benefit of these available schemes. Some reasons behind this failure are lack of proper information delivering systems, difficulty in understanding the schemes, lack of credible information sources or trusted inquiry systems, etc. In this project, we studied the farmers' awareness regarding agriculture schemes and tried to identify the fundamental problems in delivering the scheme related information to the large farmer population. It is found from primary and secondary research that If easy to understand information about schemes are readily accessible at a single credible platform, it will improve farmers' awareness about schemes, and they will tend to get more benefits. To address the said problem, we designed a progressive web app, "Aaplya Krushi Yojna'' (Our agriculture schemes) for farmers in Chandrapur(Maharashtra). Evaluation of the app shows promise in the product and shows hope that it will make the life of farmers' a little easier.
