My animation film highlights the never dying spirit of the citizens of Mumbai. On 26th July, 2005, Mumbai experienced torrential rains and flooding like never before. On this day of calamity, people helped out and rescued each other in every way possible irrespective of their own problems.

My animation film takes you through the story of an old man who does not trust strangers. On the fateful day, he goes out and gets stranded in the flood & has only strangers to rely upon for help. The old man comes across many such strangers during the day.

I have described his encounters with each one of them, as his experience finally brings about a change in his opinion about the strangers. In the end, he trusts them when such strangers help him come out of his predicament.
