• (A) Colour and Products:

Objective:
Object and emotional associations to colours.
Mode:
- The students in a group, are exposed to a set 20painted swatches of shades, tints and tones of various colours.
- The student has to react all the swatches and give one object and one emotional association to all the swatches.
Materials:
Post-it, Colour swatches.
Discussion:
11 colour cultural set, object/ emotional associations in various cultures.
• (B) Colour and Products:

2-3 hours, Individual exercise
Objective:
To sensitize the student to different materials and their influence on the perception of colour in a particular material.
Mode:
- Select minimum 4-5 products that you like and replicate the colours that you see on them.
Materials:
Glue, coloured paper, poster paints, brush.

• (C) Colour and Products:

2-3 hours, Individual Exercise
Objective:
To develop understanding of different segments of consumers and the concept of PERSONA.
Mode:
Select one product and change the EMOTIONAL QUOTIENT of the product by only changing the colour.

Glue, coloured paper, poster paints, brush.
