Advantages
CWM presents an approach to implications of design attributes into a product/ system after structured/ systematic user interface analysis.
This method is generally used in early stage in design process and allows any design flaws highlighted in the analysis to be eradicated.
Designed product / system may be used by users without any background of cognitive psychology.
The CWM is based upon sound user behaviour related theories, including Norman’s model of action execution.
Easy to learn and easily applicable in product/ system design context.
