The Faculty of Visual Arts at Banaras Hindu University (BHU), established in 1916, is a premier institution for advanced training in creative and applied arts in India. It offers undergraduate, graduate, and research programmes in five specialised departments: Painting, Applied Arts, Plastic Arts, Pottery & Ceramics, and Textile Designing. It is situated on the BHU campus in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
