The project started as ‘Indian Post’ wanted to redesign the letterbox. The focus was kept primarily on the maintenance-free letterbox, which can have a new contemporary look, reflecting and suggesting a new age and competitive identity for ‘Indian post’. As the product acts as part of a complex system, the structure of the system plays an important role in design. The challenge was to create a very practical product that would be used in varied conditions and environments.
