Detailed Description

On My Own Left Alone" is a 2D animated short film that explores the human mental state of loneliness, depicting the awkwardness of being alone and the struggle to approach others. Set in an office environment, the story follows Budd, who finds it difficult to connect with colleagues due to his mental state. The animation uses weird and odd movements to emphasize the character's uneasiness, creating a visually unique and emotionally resonant portrayal of loneliness. Loneliness is a complex and often distressing emotional state that arises when individuals perceive a gap between their desired and actual social relationships. It can be experienced even when surrounded by others, as it is not solely about physical isolation but also about the quality and depth of connections. Loneliness can affect people of all ages and backgrounds, leading to feelings of sadness, worthlessness, and disconnection.
