Detailed Description

This project responds to the rise of remote work in post-pandemic India by addressing the challenges faced by individuals living in short-term accommodations like hotels and PGs, where dedicated workspaces are often unavailable. Many residents work or study from their beds, leading to discomfort and back pain. The project aims to design innovative, affordable, and space-efficient furniture solutions that transform limited living areas into comfortable, productive environments. By focusing on ergonomics, adaptability, and well-being, the design seeks to enhance the quality of life for hostel students and remote workers, improving their physical comfort and productivity while accommodating the realities of compact, temporary living spaces.
