Exposure to Product Design and Innovation was conducted on September 23rd and 25th, 2010 at IDC, IIT Bombay. Good design practice, effectively applied, results in innovative, meaningful, ergonomic, and appropriate products. In addition, it can result in a highly marketable product with lasting brand value. When the logic of good design is practised and implemented, products capture and sustain consumer demand in a competitive market place. The workshop was for all professionals involved in the design and production of products in the industry, as well as design consultancy services and marketing of products.
