Saurabh Srivastava studied at IDC (IIT Bombay) and completed his M.Des in Interaction Design in 2010. Saurabh Srivastava is a seasoned User-Centered Innovation Manager, Design Strategist, and Mixed Method Researcher. Saurabh has played a key role in over 15 user-centered innovation technologies, authored 40+ peer-reviewed research publications, and held 15+ filed or granted patents during his professional career. Saurabh presently works as a staff researcher in the Google Pay team, focusing on growth and monetization in the Fintech domain. Prior to joining Google, he worked as a Senior Scientist and Research Manager at Conduent Labs India (formerly Xerox Research Centre). Saurabh was a part of the Xerox Research Centre India and worked as a research scientist in the Human Interactions group. Saurabh led the User Experience Design & HCI research at IBM Research. In the year 2015, Saurabh served in the youth talent pool, as a "Leader of Tomorrow" in St. Gallen Symposium, Switzerland. He has been named as an "Innovator under 35" (MIT TR 35 under 35) by MIT Tech Review for the year 2015.
