Prof. Vikas Satwalekar was an erstwhile faculty and executive director at the National Institute of Design (NID), Ahmedabad.

As a knowledgeable and dedicated teacher, he has inspired a whole lot of students at the National Institute of Design. Apart from academic commitments, he has contributed significantly in the fields of Graphic Design, Publication Design, Exhibition Design, Identity Systems, etc., and made a difference to the design scene in India. He now works as a design consultant and is based in Mumbai.
