Raw Materials:
Fresh healthy coconuts are harvested and dried in the fields for few days. The husk of dried coconut is the basic material used to make coir twine and several coir products. Generally tender coconut husk is used for all types of product making. Dried coconut husk is especially used for making thicker ropes for strength and durability.
