    The following are the tools and raw materials used for Hand Embroidery:

    • Thread: Cotton, silk, or any other thread of various colours are used in embroidery.

    • Fabric: Cotton, silk, or any other fabric is used in embroidery.

    • Needles: Various sizes and types of needles are used as required.

    • Carbon paper: Helpful to transfer designs onto the selected fabric.

    • Hoops: A clamping device used to hold the fabric tight for embroidery.
