Oil Pots
These pots are made of stainless steel in different gauges of 18 or 22. They are available in different sizes to hold different quantities of oil/ ghee. They have a container with a wide lip, covered by a steel lid with a knob attached on the top. This makes it easy to pour out the oil/ghee and also makes it easy to clean.
These are used mainly to store oil/ghee in the kitchen next to the cooking stove on the kitchen platform.
Sometimes a small ladle is positioned inside the oil pot, the handle of which projects out the lid, this basically helps to take out required quantities of oil from the pot, instead of pouring out oil, hence is a much more cleaner version.
