Firstly silver sheet is flattened to the required thickness in pressing machine. The thickness of silver sheet is measured using wire gauge tool. Later silver sheet are embossed on the base of rectangular metal. After flattening the edges of the sheet are being bent according to the size. Later the silver sheet are heading using a flame torch at a high temperature and cooled. Silver sheet are then fixed above the rectangular metal and embossed. Then silver sheets are beaten using rubber and hammer for initial embossing. After embossing the plates are marked as per the requirements and sent for lacquering. Extra edges of plate are bent using pliers.
Then the lacquer filling process begins. Raw pieces of lacquer is placed on the silver plate to be filled and heated using flame torch. Lacquer is melt and it fills the plate without any air gaps which is later left to be cooled under room temperature. Lacquer is melted using flame torch and rest of the areas of the plate are filled.
Once the plates are ready covered using copper sheet. Copper sheets are cut to the required shape and are covered on the embossed plate. Once the embossed plate is completed. It is dipped in water with small amount of acid to clean. At the end embossed plates are cleaned using soap oil and water.
