Lacquer is melted using burning coal and resin will be put on the Chapada which helps the lacquer to melt quickly. Once the lacquer is properly melted, titanium dioxide, pearl and different chemical colours are added to it. After this, long sticks of lacquer are made and then cut into small pieces.
