Called as The Double Circle World, this world has two separated lands - the lower and the higher. The lower is filled with evil and villagers as the higher is the elite society. A tower is between those two worlds and only the high council know of the worlds powers and how to pass from each to the other. One of this council is driven away to the lower lands because of his cruelty. There he ally with another villain who wants to take over the upper world and he is ready to tell him all of the secrets he knows. Arien ( a high skilled ninja) is sent to bring him back to the tower so he can't spread the secrets. And the journey begins...
