This project aims at creating an aid for entrepreneual ventures in India. With the present economic growth in India, it is expected that the number of people starting their own business will increase manifold.

This would mean that the there will a massive need for these startups to be guided at their initial stage. In this project I have tried to understand the process by which a startup is set up and the various people who play roles in them.

By doing so, I created a tool which will make the life of an Entrepreneur easier. Innovation and hard work are essential for a startup to survive and a tool to aid that has been created. In this report you will find the process that I followed to understand the startups and generate insights. I have developed a tool for the same.
