    Material Used: Separator mixture of Mobil oil and grease to spread on the inner surface of the mould. Resin and pigments for casting cobalt blue ,white pigment ,fiber, thinner , and French chalk


    Finally the materials are use for the casting of the panels one by one in three stages of layering with a final coat of resin

    Finally the last coat of clear coat is applied which is left to dry quickly but takes 24 hrs to harden. Then it is polished with Teflon polish for 4 hours with buffing machine.
