Framework
One can create a framework using five numbers of folded panels.
A simple basic panel typically has four corner notchings and eigh bending operations. A panel invariably involves a corner joint that requires welding and is finished by sanding and grinding resulting in a corner joint.
The accuracy of bending the sheet decides the quality of joints between the panels. It is possible to maintain the sizes of panels within an accuracy of +/_ 0.1 mm easily with machines available in the industry. At the design stage, it must be taken into account to provide relief holes to accommodate the screwdriver to fix the panels together.
