Detailed Description

This project proposes a personalised, sustainable mobility solution to redefine campus commuting at IIT Bombay. Addressing issues like time-consuming travel, energy drain, and parking limitations, it envisions an innovative mobility device that complements existing services such as E-Buggies and auto rickshaws while enhancing convenience and efficiency. Rooted in IIT Bombay’s spirit of innovation, the design focuses on user-centricity, sustainability, and affordability to meet the diverse needs of students, faculty, and staff. By exploring options like e-bikes and novel mobility concepts, the project aims to reduce carbon footprint and improve daily commutes. Ultimately, it seeks to set a new benchmark for campus transportation through interdisciplinary research, merging practicality with technological advancement.
