The smaller, individual NGOs across the country stay localised for most of their life. STARS Forum was established as an attempt to break the barriers and bring them together for dialogue and discussion, and to promote collaborative development. It aimed to facilitate knowledge transfer and networking within the rural skills and livelihoods sector. However, the changing times and structure of NGOs led to a less efficient delivery of their goals. This project looks closely at the vision of STARS Forum and aims to design services that help in fulfilling their mission. The project also aims to focus on the structural aspect of STARS Forum and its activities. This approach will help to create an outcome that can be leveraged by other similar organisations.
