• The pending tests will be performed to make further modifications if required depending on the results of the tests.

• A comparative study of the material will be done comparing it with polymers and wood so that it can potentially be used as an alternative for wood and polymers.

• Due to the pandemic situation, very few users tested the rocking for user testing. Hence, more feedback and suggestions will be taken and considered in the future.

• As the material used in the current design is brass which can be used as a luxury product, a cheaper version of the product could perhaps be made replacing brass with either bamboo or cane.

• As bamboo is abundant in North-East India, using it for the economic version of the chair can enhance the use of bamboo for making other similar products made from it.

• Production of the rocking chair can provide employment and popularize the handicraft of North-East India.
