The primary inspiration for making the chair was the kids playing using fallen areca leaf sheaths. The holding position of the arms and the feeling of moving when being dragged was the elements extracted for the design.

The chair was designed with inspiration from Scandinavian designs, which are known for their minimalist, clean approach to combining functionality and elegance. It focuses on clean lines and light spaces that are free of clutter.
