This poster was made for the 1969 Gujarati social drama movie Kanku, starring Kishore Bhatt, Kishore Jariwala, Pallavi Mehta, directed by Kantilal Rathod. The same-named short tale by Pannalal Patel served as the basis for the movie. At the 17th National Film Awards, the movie was named "Best Feature Film in Gujarati," winning the National Film Award.
