This poster was made for the 1952 Hindi film Anmol Ghadi. Mehboob Khan produced and directed this film, the country's first technicolour production. Anmol Ghadi was shot in 16mm Gevacolor and then blown up in technicolour. It has Dilip Kumar, Premnath, and Nimmi in its cast, while Nadira, who was chosen in place of actress Nargis, makes her acting debut. It was the first movie to earn more than Rs. 15 million and the one with the biggest box office take in 1952.
