This poster was made for the 1973 Indian drama Garm Hava, directed by M. S. Sathyu, with Balraj Sahni as the lead. Kaifi Azmi and Shama Zaidi were the writers of this movie. This movie was based on an unpublished short story by renowned Urdu author Ismat Chughtai. With songs written by Kaifi Azmi and a qawwali penned and performed by Aziz Ahmed Khan Warsi and his Warsi Brothers troupe, the classical musician Ustad Bahadur Khan provided the soundtrack for the movie.
