This poster was made for the 1976 Indian drama film Pallavi. The novelist P. Lankesh made his directing debut with this film. Alongside Vimala Naidu and T. N. Seetharam, they were in the lead roles. The movie centres on two lovers whose relationship ends when the male fails in life while the lady succeeds, and it is based on his own 1967 novel Biruku.
